I once weighed 327 lbs. I decided to quit being unhappy and unhealthy and get a grip on life. I'm now in the 220-230's, still trying to figure it out and better myself. I run, lift, and crossfit, with everything else in-between. This blog is randomness, with possible incoherent attempts at humor... just keep scrolling. It'll be fine.
No Garmin… because I forgot it. Just me, me lady and her stop watch. And it was good. Ran a simple straight route, maybe 1.5-1.75 miles. We were both already tired, so it was a “just because we can kind” of run.
Win: ran 10 minutes straight, with at least 5 of those minutes being on a gradual incline with speed increasing as the hill did. If that makes any sense. And I’ll take it.
